Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis Premier Cru La Forest comes from the La Forest climat in the Chablis region. It is produced solely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the domaine's parcels and vinified using the producer's traditional methods. The vineyard's Kimmeridgian soils impart a pronounced mineral and saline character to the wine.
