Description

The 2021 À mi-chemin from Domaine Vincent Gaudry is a white Sancerre made from Sauvignon grapes grown within the Sancerre appellation. The grapes come from flint (silex) soils on older vines and are vinified and aged in barrels, then bottled without filtration. The estate is farmed organically and following biodynamic principles; the wine expresses a pronounced sense of place and pairs well with seafood and goat cheeses.
