The Sancerre “Constellation du Scorpion” 2022 from Vincent Gaudry is a white wine from the Sancerre AOC produced in the estate’s vineyards at Sury‑en‑Vaux in the Loire. It is made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay‑limestone (with silex) soils and is vinified and matured in wooden tanks. On the palate it shows floral and mineral notes, a supple body and a saline persistence.
