Sancerre Mélodie de Vieilles Vignes is a white wine made by Vincent Gaudry within the Sancerre AOC. It is produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from vines older than fifty years grown on argillaceous-calcareous soils. The wine is vinified and aged in wooden vats (cuve bois) and is produced from hand-harvested fruit. The wine is floral and fruity with a bright, long finish.
