Description
Vincent Girardin's Montrachet comes from the Puligny-Montrachet side, where Chardonnay roots into thin soils of marl, marly limestone and stones. A sunny exposure supports fruit that combines breadth with firmness. Hand harvesting and selection in the vineyard precede fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak, followed by maturation on fine lees. The general aromatic profile brings together citrus, fresh butter, dried fruit and spice. Creamy texture unfolds over a deep, persistent structure, creating a Grand Cru in which richness and discipline remain closely connected. Its scale is substantial, with a firmly defined core beneath the generous surface.
