Description

Vincent Girardin’s Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes 2021 is a red wine from the Savigny-lès-Beaune appellation made predominantly from Pinot Noir, sourced from old vines (average age reported around 50 years). The wine is hand-harvested, goes through maceration and is aged approximately 12 months in barrels (about 30% new oak). On the palate it shows strawberry and morello cherry aromas, firm tannins, medium body and a persistent finish.
