Description
Granit Blanc is Vincent Paris's white wine, made from vines situated partly on the ground of Cornas. The cuvée combines white grape varieties and is both vinified and matured entirely in tank. This choice of vessel accompanies a profile in which the producer highlights aromatic complexity, white fruit and freshness. It forms part of the work of an estate founded in 1997 from family vineyards and later developed across several northern Rhône areas. The wine interprets the local landscape through white grapes and a cellar approach without oak maturation.
