Description

Vincent Paris's Saint-Joseph comes from elevated vineyards in Ardoix, in the central part of the appellation. Their position on upper slopes encourages a fresh expression, accompanied by a winemaking approach focused on finesse. The grapes are completely destemmed, and the wine matures for nine months in previously used barrels. The cuvée puts fruit at the forefront and is intended to be enjoyed while young. It represents one of the northern Rhône interpretations made by the estate, which Paris established in 1997 from family vineyards.
