Sancerre Le Château from Domaine Vincent Pinard is a single-parcel selection from the village of Bué within the Sancerre appellation. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, it shows a clear structure with pronounced minerality and citrus and yellow-fruit notes. In some vintages maturation in large casks/demi-muids adds subtle texture without overpowering the varietal profile.
