Description

Produced by Domaine Vincent Pinard, the Sancerre Blanc “Petit Chemarin” 2022 is a single-vineyard selection from the Petit Chemarin lieu-dit in Bué. Made from 100% Sauvignon grown on limestone (caillottes / Kimmeridgian) soils, it showcases the mineral tension and bright acidity typical of Sancerre. Harvested by hand, the wine is vinified with long pneumatic pressing and aged partly in demi-muids and partly in stainless steel, with viticultural practices following organic/biodynamic principles. Pairs well with oysters, shellfish and other seafood dishes.
