Description

Made by Domaine Vincent Pinard in Bué, the Sancerre Rouge “Vendanges Entières” 2020 is produced solely from Pinot Noir planted on the clay-limestone parcels Pélérine and Sur le Fait. Winemaking includes manual harvesting into crates, whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in oak for approximately 17–20 months. Vineyard practices also follow organic and biodynamic principles.
