Description

Monteseroni is a Soave white made from 100% Garganega grapes grown in the Monteseroni vineyard at Castelcerino, planted at roughly 350–400 m and south-facing. Vinification is in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation and extended lees contact, which provides texture and weight. Aromas include ripe yellow fruit, almond and mineral notes; the palate is saline, with lively acidity and a persistent finish.
