Description

The 2015 “Essenze” Barolo Riserva from Vite Colte is a red wine from the Barolo DOCG appellation made from Nebbiolo grapes. Produced as a reserve blend only in top vintages, it is matured in oak for up to 36 months and then further aged in bottle. Aromas include violet, blackberry, liquorice and spice; on the palate it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a finish of dark fruit and chocolate.
