Voirin-Jumel’s Rosé de Saignée is a pure Pinot Noir Champagne associated with Verneuil and Marfaux, between the Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. The Le Fond de Coras and Le Mont de Cormas parcels have clay soils. Its colour comes from maceration of the grape skins, while winemaking continues in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation completed. Production is reserved for years considered suitable. The profile brings together fruit and spice, with a generous texture and suggestions of dark fruit towards the final part of the palate.
