Description

The 2014 Extrait Brut Nature from Vouette et Sorbée is a single-vintage Champagne released as Brut Nature (no dosage). It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown at the estate in Buxières-sur-Arce and vinified using traditional methods including barrel fermentation and bottle refermentation. The wine shows a dry, precise profile with fine bubbles and a pronounced mineral character.
