Description

Saignée de Sorbée is a rosé saignée from Vouette et Sorbée in the Côte des Bar, made entirely from Pinot Noir and grown on clay‑limestone soils with Portlandian subsoils. The wine is made with traditional methods (Coquard press, native yeast fermentations) and aged in oak barrels, disgorged by hand and released without dosage (brut nature). Production is small and the cuvée is not produced every year; the estate sometimes identifies releases by harvest (for example R20 / 2020).
