Description

The 2018 Les Regards d'Avize from Waris-Larmandier is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay and released as a zero-dosage (pas dosé) Champagne. The wine shows a fresh, mineral-driven profile with citrus notes and subtle autolytic/bakery aromas, framed by a fine bead and precise acidity. It reflects the estate's single-vineyard expression from Avize in the Côte des Blancs.
