Description

The 2023 Spätburgunder Hohlen is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Hohlen site in Baden. Vines planted on shallow, calcareous, stony soils give the wine a mineral backbone and concentrated fruit profile. Fermentation uses a high share of whole clusters and the wine is matured around 15–16 months in used French oak barriques, producing fine tannins and a persistent finish.
