Description

F.X. Pichler’s Reserve M Grüner Veltliner began in 1991 as a concentrated interpretation of the grape in the Wachau. The letter M expresses the idea of monumentality through density, structure and persistence. The cuvée results from rigorous selection, with harvesting generally later than for the estate’s other wines. The participating parcels can vary according to the vintage and the course of ripening. It is always produced in a dry style. Full character and a mineral element accompany a wine built to develop, centred on substance and its balance.
