The Pfälzer Landwein “Linse” 2021 is produced by Weingut Seckinger in the Pfalz and is made exclusively from Chardonnay. Grapes come from the Ruppertsberger Linsenbusch vineyard; the wine is fermented spontaneously and aged in used oak. It shows a saline, mineral-driven structure and lively acidity that underline its site character.
