Produced by Weingut Seckinger, this 2022 Weißburgunder comes from the Deidesheim Paradiesgarten vineyard in the Pfalz wine region. It is made entirely from Weißburgunder (Pinot blanc) and is matured in used tonneaux. The wine shows a delicate structure with subtle violet floral notes and a mineral profile balanced by a saline-acid interplay. Alcohol content is listed at about 12.5%; it pairs well with fish and shellfish.
