Description

Les Rigoblins Extra Brut is a cuvée from Wirth-Michel made in the southern slopes of the Épernay area. It is blended mainly from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir and released as an Extra Brut with a very low dosage. The grapes come from the “Les Rigoblins” parcel (village of Vinay) and the wine is aged on fine lees in 600-litre barrels following the producer’s stated vinification approach.
