A cool-climate Shiraz from the Yarra Valley that is medium-bodied and driven by fruit purity. Flavours of dark berries and plum are complemented by liquorice, spice and a subtle smoky oak influence from barrel ageing. Tannins are present but well supported, with a balance of concentration and finesse. Matches well with richly flavoured meats and cured charcuterie.
