Description

Zorzettig’s Sauvignon Myò belongs to the Friulian estate’s selection of wines with a clearly defined character. Its setting is the Colli Orientali, where hillside vineyards root in ponca, the local combination of marl and sandstone. Sauvignon also has a place on the hills of Ipplis. In the glass, its aromatic profile recalls tropical fruit, lime and pink grapefruit, together with tomato leaf and elderflower. The palate is rounded and persistent. This combination of elements accompanies dishes such as grilled vegetables, pasta and tempura, pairings suggested by the estate.
