Description

Zýmē's 2015 Recioto della Valpolicella Classico is a sweet red wine from the Valpolicella Classica area. It is made from dried grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Croatina, yielding concentrated aromatics and a plush texture. On the palate it offers dried red fruit, fig and sweet spice notes, balanced by freshness that tempers the residual sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, with recurring fruit and spice tones.
